What is your payment policy?

For custom orders, payment is required at the time of order. No orders will be started until payment is made.

Can I pay additional for a rush order?

Depending on the item, any order requested to be complete and delivered in less than seven days is considered a rush order. An additional $10 rush order fee, will be added to all rush orders. The customer is financially responsible for all rush shipping fees as well.

Please note that your payment of your chosen shipping method (priority shipping, overnight, etc) does not expedite the processing time for your order.  While we love amazon, we are unable to guarantee 2 day shipping no matter how quickly we ship our orders. If you would like a rush order, the fee associated with that is separate from shipping.  

Do you offer local pick-up for orders?

Unbreakable Memories does not offer local meet up or shipping options. All orders are shipped via the USPS or other option chosen by the customer at check-out.

What is the return policy?

Unbreakable Memories makes great effort to achieve the highest level of service. If damages occur, I will gladly replace damaged merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Since I specialize in customized creations that cannot be resold, all sales are final. If a refund is offered, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.  

I can't see Sezzle at checkout. Help!

Hey Beautiful! Sezzle is definitely offered at checkout. The trick is that you will get to it as an option once you have entered your shipping address. So go ahead and tell us where to ship your beautiful package and you'll see the option.

How long does it take for custom orders? What is your shipping policy?

Unbreakable Memories aims to complete all orders within 7 business days once the order is finalized / paid. However, custom ordered bracelets and tumblers can take up to 2-3 weeks. Please understand that intricate and bulk orders may require additional creation time. In addition, items purchased through a sale require additional time for creation.  

Shipping time is outside of the creation timing. Unbreakable Memories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If priority shipping is chosen at checkout, insurance is included in your order.  

Please note that priority shipping is required for all custom bracelets made.

What is the pricing and process information for custom bracelets and necklaces?

Single bracelets start at $30 Sets of 2 start bracelets start at $55. Sets of 3 or more start at $80. Necklaces start at $90. In addition, based on the preferred style of stone / bead chosen additional fees may occur.

Each bracelet includes includes one charm. However, custom charms incur an additional fee. Name or picture charms are $8. Other custom charms are dependent on the charm chosen.    

Unbreakable Memories will try to accommodate all colors as requested. However, please note that some colors may vary slightly as they are semi-precious gemstones. See types of stones here.  

All invoices for custom orders must be paid when received or no later than one hour of receipt.

Can I receive a mock-up of my custom order?

Once creation details are confirmed, a mock-up will be provided for confirmation of all order details. When reviewing the mock-up, please confirm all spelling, colors and all other details. Once approved and an order is started, no additional changes can occur.

Do you have a design fee for custom orders?

There is a $25 design fee for all custom bulk orders that is due before any design work is completed. Once approved, the design fee is deducted from the purchase price of the order.

What are your product care instructions?

Drinkware: All drinkware should be hand washed only while not letting it sit in the dishwater. Also, the mugs are not microwaveable. Although the designs use permanent vinyl or sublimated print, please put extra care by following these care instructions.  
 
Shirts: For all shirts, please air dry only.
 
Bracelets: Please avoid any lotions or perfumes directly on the bracelets. Avoid any contact with water or other liquids as it may cause discoloration. Store away from sunlight or moisture. Use a 100% cotton cloth to gently wipe away any dirt, oil and makeup.

Ladies, vneck tees and tank tops features (S-2X):=
    • 60% combed ringspun cotton

When ordering, please order a size up for a ladies/v-neck tee/tank through 3X (available on certain styles and colors). Size 3X (unisex style) or larger will be filled using 100% cotton.
 
Regular tee features and ladies vneck sizes larger than 3X

Bracelet sizing - To determine the size of a bracelet for a custom order, take a piece of string or yarn, pull it snugly (not tight) around you wrist. Cut the string. Using a ruler, measure the length of the cut string.  

Standard wrist size for women is 7.5. Standard wrist size is 8.

Can I supply the item for creation? 

Unbreakable Memories does not allow customer blanks for creations. All creations will be done on items provided by Unbreakable Memories.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Creations placed in bulk creations may be eligible for a discounted rate. An order of more than 15 items is considered bulk. In order to be eligible for a 10% bulk order discount, all items in the order must placed at the same time and must be exactly the same in design, color, and size (through XL). Additional costs apply for shirts larger than XL.

Bulk prices are available for bracelets as well. To achieve this goal, Unbreakable Memories offers customized beaded bracelets at a discounted price for a minimum of 15 items.

Each semi-precious stone assists in manifesting different areas in the wearers life. Therefore, is there a certain theme that you would like to achieve in the creation? For example, encourage love, confidence, strength and protection. See an example of types of beads here.

Customized charms are available that include specific text / phrase or a picture color logo for an additional cost. Customized stainless steel charms are an additional $2 per bracelet. Customized picture color logo charms are an additional $8 per bracelet. Additional charms are available per bracelet for an additional fee subject to the charm chosen.

Please note that customized charms can take an additional 2-3 weeks for processing as they are outsourced to another vendor.
